Dr. Hira Ghani

Biographie

Dr. Hira Ghani, DO, is a dermatology research fellow at Brown University in Rhode Island. She previously completed a pediatric dermatology research fellowship at Northwestern University in Illinois, following her transitional year residency at Nassau University Medical Center in Long Island, New York. Dr. Ghani earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2022. Originally from New Jersey, she graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University. Her research focuses on advancing treatments for complex dermatological conditions, particularly in pediatric populations. Dr. Ghani has contributed to numerous studies and publications over the years. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Dr. Ghani is a dedicated mother to a 1-year-old son. She enjoys creating and sharing healthy, plant-based recipes on her Instagram blog, practicing yoga and Pilates, listening to podcasts, and exploring coffee shops in her free time.
