Dr. Archana Singal

Biographie

Dr Archana Singal (MD, FAMS) is the Director Professor and head of the Department of Dermatology & STD, University College of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India. She has been a teaching faculty for over 30 years. She is the Founding President of the Nail Society of India (NSI), established in 2012 (2012-2020). Her chief areas of interest include nail disorders including nail surgeries and tropical dermatology. Prof. Singal is the Editor-in-Chief of Indian Journal of Dermatology Venereology & Leprology (IJDVL), the highest impact dermatology journal from Asia. She has published over 270 scientific journal articles, and has contributed more than 50 chapters related to skin and nail disorders in numerous standard textbooks. She has been the Editor of the book ‘Comprehensive Approach to Nail Disorders’.
