Prof Antonella Tosti

Biography

Dr. Antonella Tosti, the Fredric Brandt Endowed Professor of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery at the University of Miami, is a globally renowned expert in hair, nail disorders, and contact dermatitis. With a distinguished career, she's been a featured speaker at international conferences like AAD, EADV, and the World Congress of Dermatology for 15 years. As a leader, she's organized meetings on hair and nail disorders, including a successful annual course in Capri. Dr. Tosti has held key positions in various dermatological societies, such as past president of the European Nail Society and the Italian Society of Contact Dermatitis. Currently, she serves as the President of the American Hair Research Society and the International Society of Trichoscopy. An honorary member of multiple dermatological associations, Dr. Tosti has authored over 600 peer-reviewed papers and edited/co-edited 30 books, showcasing her substantial contributions to dermatology.
